Faxes

Fax Name – Any name you choose to assign to a Fax.

Extension – Faxes require an Extension. You can assign any number 3-6 digits to one.

Default Caller ID – The number that appears to a recipient you are sending a fax to.

Default Format – This is the format for received faxes.

Destination Type – Where you want to receive your faxes.

Destination Email – If Destination Type has Email, Email and Mailbox, or Email and Machine, as a selection, the email address should go here. Multiple email address should be separated by a comma.  This feature will send a notification PLUS an attached file with the received fax document.  Because the security of email cannot be assured, this feature is not covered by our security guaranty and is exempted from our BAA.  It should not be used if the recipient expects to receive faxed documents with protected health information.

Destination mailbox – If Destination Type has Mailbox as a selection, the mailbox should be specified here.

Notification Email – If you want to be notified of a new fax via email, enter the address here. Multiple email addresses should be separated by a comma.

Notify of Failure – If you want to be notified via email of a failed fax, enter the email address here. Multiple email addresses should be separated by a comma.
