Call Reputation is a feature that provides customers greater visibility into the nature of the people calling you. This is expressley for the purpose of identifying valid calls and telemarketing calls. If enabled on the account RingRx will perform reputation look-ups on all inbound calls and a notation in front of the CallerID if scams or fraud are detected.
Call Reputation works in conjuction with Privacy Defender, if that feature is enabled
