Every office location you have phone numbers for and make calls from should be setup here.  The primary purpose for this setting is managing locations for 911 purposes – so if 911 is called from one location, the 911 operator knows the exact location by its address. 

Location Name – A descriptive name for the location

Address – The street address of the location

City – City of the location

State – The state of the location (2 digit abbreviations)

Zip – Zip code of the location

Emergency – This phone number will be sent for all calls to 911 from users at this location.
