Groups can be created to send calls and texts to multiple users
Group Name – Any name you choose to assign to a Group.
Extension – Groups require an Extension. You can assign any number to one. 3-6 digits.
Call Timeout – The number of seconds the call will ring before going to sequential users or voicemail box.
CNAM Prefix – Will prefix the calling name of inbound calls with anything entered here. This can help users identify which group a call came in through.
Distinctive Ring – Apply a special ringtone to calls to this group.
Sequential – Users in a Group can either be rung at the same time or one after another. Default is Simultaneous.
Users – Add users to the group and assign numbers to establish their priority.
