What does RingRx charge for

RingRx takes pride in making its pricing plans as transparent and simple as possible.  We avoid charging fees or taxes when possible, and avoid hidden or gimmicky methods of extracting additional charges from our customers.  Pricing for our standard plans can be found on our pricing page on our website, here

As you will see on our Pricing page, we primarily charge on a “Per User” basis.  To learn more about what a User is, please go here.  There are some other features we charge for, but these are mostly for premium or “add-on” features and they are not required for all customers.  We will always do our best to fully disclose any additional charges to you when discussing them with a representative and they are always visible on our website.

If you add a User or any other add-on feature or service in the middle of your billing period, a charge will be pro-rated for the remaining days of that period

In our standard plans RingRx does not charge for:

  • Minutes of talk time
  • Number of texts sent
  • Number of pages faxed (inbound or outbound)
  • Phone numbers, as long as you do not exceed the quota of numbers included in your plan.  If you exceed your quota, there is a small charge per phone number
  • Voicemail boxes, as long as you do not exceed the quota of mailboxes included in your plan.  If you exceed your quota, there is a small charge per mailbox

Shipping

RingRx charges shipping for all routine deliveries of hardware to you.  RingRx does not provide a shipping label or reimburse you for hardware that you return to us for routine matters.  If a rented or leased phone becomes defective, and we choose to send you a replacement, RingRx does pay for shipping as long as it is within three years of the original ship date.  RingRx does not pay for shipping for any purchased hardware, whether originally ordered or returned.
