RingRx offers the highest quality Polycom deskphones to help deliver the richest communications experience for you, your staff, and your clients. Deskphones come with our Clinic Plan or can be leased or purchased on the Grow or Lite plans, if needed.
Phones are not automatically sent out when you start a Trial or an active Account, since many of our customers choose to use RingRx on the mobile app or the browser based softphone. If you would ike a deskphone, you may request one at anytime. Please submit your request to our support team at support@ringrx.com
In order for us to ship you a phone:
- You must have a card on file in your account. If you have not added one, please go here to add one.
- We will need you to confirm the shipping address
- Shipping charges will be charged to the card on file
