RingRx has several plans that charge on a per-User basis. This means we charge for each User (aka Extension) that is added to your account. To determine if and how much you will be charged, please check which Plan you are on here, or by going to Settings\Billing\Current Plan
The following Plans are charged Per User:
- Lite Plan
- Grow Plan
- Clinic Plan
For current costs per User, please visit our Plans page here
The Unlimited Plan does not have Per User charges.
Each account selects one Plan and all Users will are billed under the same plan.
