Billing Basics

RingRx is a subscription service and our plans follow a billing cycle and methodology similar to many monthly business and consumer services.  Details of our plans can be found in our Terms of Service.

Most of your billing information, including your payment method, your billing details, invoices, and your current plan, can be found in our user portal here .  You must be an Admin user to access the billing area of the portal.

If you have any questions about billing, please email us at billing@ringrx.com

When am I billed?

You will be billed once per month on the day of the month that your service started.  So if your first billing occurred on the 18th of the month, you will be billed on the 18th of every month.  Our service, like almost all telecommunications services, bills in advance for services.  So when you are billed on the 10th of the month, the charges apply to the service for the next 30 days.

How do I get a statement or copy of an invoice?

Go to Billing/Invoices and download from there…

You can get your invoices by logging into our portal and going to our Billing section.  You must be an Admin to change cards or access billing information.

How do I change my card on file?

You can change your card on file by logging into our portal and going to our Billing section.  You must be an Admin to change cards or access billing information.

What happens if my card expires or stops working?

You will be notified several times that your card has expired prior to any interruption of service.  Please make sure you update your card as quickly as possible to avoid any service interruption.

How do I get a refund?

We do not provide refunds.  Service is month to month and like most monthly services, you may cancel at anytime.  If you cancel after the billing date, we are not able to offer refunds or pro-rate your service if you cancel mid-term.

How do I change plans?

Please contact us at support@ringrx.com and we will change your plan for you and make sure the upgraded services are setup the way you would like.

If I use the wrong card one month, can you reverse the charge and then charge a new card?

Im sorry, we are not able to do this.  Reversing a charge, then re-creating an invoice, then applying a retroactive charge, then adding a new card creates conditions for inaccurate accounting records and could jeopardize your service since billing is directly tied to your service.
