You can change your voicemail PIN in two ways:
- From the user portal
- Go to our portal at https://portal.ringrx.com/login and log in using your email address and password
- Go to Messages and Faxes and select the My Voicemail Settings tab
- Change “My Voicemail PIN”
- Select “Save Updates” at the bottom
- From the voice mail system (this is if you already know your PIN)
- From your phone, dial *86 and enter your PIN
- Select option 4 to change your PIN
- Follow the remaining steps and save when you are done
