How Do I Transfer Calls?

From the Web Phone

To warm transfer a call within your RingRx web phone (accessible through your RingRx Portal dashboard screen):

• While in a call, select the Transfer icon (two arrows moving in opposite directions)  
• When the number pad pops up, type in the extension you’re transferring the call to
• Wait for the extension to pick up
• Click the green button at the bottom of the number pad

To cold transfer a call:

• While in a call, select the Transfer icon (two arrows moving in opposite directions)  
• When the number pad pops up, type in the extension you’re transferring the call to
• Click the green button at the bottom of the number pad

From the Mobile App

• While in a call, select the Transfer option
• Type the extension you transferring the call to, then press the Dial icon on your keypad
