Managing Billing Contacts
Ensure all relevant parties are notified of billing matters by managing your billing contacts
You can set your account up so multiple people can be notified of billing issues. This is particularly helpful to ensure credit card expirations or other failures do not jeopardize the status of your account.
Adding or Removing Billing Contacts
Only Users may be added as a Billing Contact. To add a User as a Billing Contact, go to Settings\Users\ and Edit Required Settings. Turn on the Billing Contact toggle. Once the User is added as a Billing Contact, their email address will show under the Billing Contact section in the Customer tab or the Billing section here
Viewing Billing Contacts
You can see which Users will be notified of billing issues by going to the Billing Contact section here
