Password Reset

All RingRx Users are credentialed with their own unique email address and password.  If you need to change your password, it is easy to do so at any time.  There are two ways to change your password:

From Login Page

  1. Go to the RingRx portal here 
  2. Click “Forget your password?” link
  3. Enter the email address you use for your RingRx Account
  4. Click “Send me reset password instructions”
  5. Check your email inbox (if you do not receive an email in your inbox, check your spam folder.  If its not there, double check which email address you use for RingRx)
  6. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new email address
  7. After changing your password, you should update your new credentials in the mobile app.

From inside the portal

  1. Login to your RingRx account here
  2. Go to My Phone, here 
  3. On the Password line, click Change button
  4. Enter your current password, plus your new password two times. (if you do not remember your current password, please follow the instructions above)
  5. Click Save.
  6. After changing your password, you should update your new credentials in the mobile app
