How to change your address
There are two places that your address appears in your RingRx Account. Since your company may go through stages or changes, there are frequently circumstances that these addresses may need to change. Depending on your needs, you may need to change one, the other, or both.
Locations
This would be considered your main Account address for your business as far as your communications service is concerned. The address(es) listed in Locations are primarily used for e911. However, it is also used as an offical address of record for your service. To change your address here, log into the portal and navigate to Settings, then edit the Location in question and change your address in the respective fields.
Some companies have more than one Location, so any office that has an address change should managed separately
Billing
An address also appears in your Billing profile, which you can find in the RingRx Portal, here. The address in this section is your official "billing address" - it would be the address we would mail invoices to (if we mailed them - we do not, though). But from an accounting standpoint, this detail could matter to your company or not. (This address is NOT your credit card address. That address is in the Payment tab on the same page)
