Most RingRx plans include a certain number of Mailboxes and Phone Numbers per User.  If you choose to add more Mailboxes or Phone Numbers than are included in your plan, you will be charged for these additional items.  To determine if and how much you will be charged, please check which Plan you are on here, or by going to Settings\Billing\Current Plan

Mailboxes and Phone Numbers are included in the Plans as follows:

• Lite Plan – One Mailbox and one Phone Number per User
• Grow Plan – One Mailbox and two Phone Numbers per User
• Clinic Plan – Two Mailboxes and two Phone numbers per User
• Unlimited Plan – Unlimited Mailboxes, all Phone Numbers are $1.00

After you determine how many Mailboxes and Phone Numbers are included, you may count how many you have in your account.
