Changing your PIN

You can change your voicemail PIN in two ways:

1.  From the user portal
   • Go to our portal at https://portal.ringrx.com/login and log in using your email address and password
   • Click the drop-down menu in the top right hand corner and select Settings
   • Now Select Mailboxes
   • Select "View" next to your desired Mailbox
   • Now select "Edit" next to "Mailbox Details"
   • Here you may now change or view the PIN Number
2. From the voice mail system (this is if you already know your  PIN)
   • From your phone, dial *86 and enter your PIN
   • Select option 4 to change your PIN
   • Follow the remaining steps and save when you are done
