As part of the Text Campaign Registry’s goal of ensuring your customers understand the nature of your messaging campaigns, they want to make sure you have the appropriate disclaimers, notices, and policies adopted and available to them at all times. These policies should be outlined in your existing Terms of Service you have on your website. If you do not have a Terms of Service on your website, you will need to create one. If you already have a terms of service, you can incorporate the language into your existing document. The placement of these terms should be clear and readily accessible. They should also be linked right from the form they enter their phone number to and the form should require a clear action that they accepted those terms. An example of Terms and Conditions is below.
Please note: These are examples only. You may choose to seek your own legal counsel regarding terms and conditions. RingRx does not warranty in any way that these policies will be sufficient for your campaign to be approved. Items highlighted in Red should be updated with your own information
