I filled out a form previously, what should I do?

Unfortunately, TCR is not giving us clear, prompt or accurate information about the campaigns we submit for our customers. They do not give us a timeline and do not notify us when a change is made to your application. We strongly suggest that you send a few texts every day as tests to see if your texting starts working. If so, it likely means your campaign has been approved and you can text as you wish. Until then, we do not suggest using texting as anything other than non-critical communications
