RingRx charges accounts for services as follows:

• RingRx provides a 14 free trial so you can use our services and test them out to make sure they fit your needs, prior to purchasing
• We do not require a credit card during the trial period
• If you add a card in the middle of the trial period, you will not be billed until the trial period ends and your official subscription begins
• Billing date is the date of the month you signed up for service.  Usually this will be the date your trial expired, or the date your subscription was finally activated
• For Accounts that are paying with a credit card, your card will be charged automatically on the billing date
• Our plans are charged on a “per User” basis
• Service is billed in advance – so when you are charged on your billing date, you are billed for the upcoming month
• We do not prorate service if you remove a User or terminate service before your billing date
